How this differs from a generic AI notetaker
Category tools — Otter, Fireflies, Fathom — are very good at recording and search. Greg does not try to out-catalog their integrations or their live-caption heritage. The difference we will stand behind is what happens to the note:
Action items become work on a board. You can ask follow-up questions with citations. If you connect a CRM, the same summary can be written to HubSpot or to a GoHighLevel contact (native Marketplace app, not a Zap you have to babysit). And if you later want the assistant behavior — a prep call an hour before the next meeting — you do not switch products.
