What is a credit?
1 credit covers 10 minutes of meeting time. A 40-minute call uses 4 credits — whether the bot joined it live or you uploaded the recording.
Do credits roll over?
Purchased top-up packs carry over until you use them. Monthly plan grants top your balance back up to your plan's cap each month rather than stacking.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage your subscription from Settings → Billing. When you cancel, your workspace drops back to the free Starter plan — your account stays.
